Who we are

TradeSub was founded by Bobby Rodriguez, a seasoned construction professional who saw a gap affecting both sides of the industry: General Contractors needing reliable, well-organized subcontractors — and subcontractors lacking the administrative support and structure required to meet those expectations.

Through years of working closely with GCs and trades alike, Bobby noticed a common challenge. Many talented subcontractors were overwhelmed by the administrative, estimating, and project-management tasks that keep a business running. Without a full office staff, they often faced missed opportunities, delayed payments, and difficulty staying competitive. At the same time, General Contractors struggled to find subcontractors who were not only skilled, but also organized, communicative, and prepared to manage project demands.

TradeSub was created to bridge that gap.

We connect General Contractors with qualified Latino subcontractors and provide the behind-the-scenes support that helps those subcontractors deliver professional, consistent, and reliable work. From estimating and proposals to project management and invoicing, our team handles the administrative load so subcontractors can focus on their craft — and GCs get the dependable performance they need to keep projects moving smoothly.
